I haven't tried this brand before but I do love eyeshadow sticks! NYX has amazing colors. I use Milk a lot - perfect for highlighting or making a color pop :)

Yeah I have the same, I like it as a base for my eyeshadow and for the innercorners of my eyes, it is a bit soft, but I like the pigment I get out of it!

I use the black one for eye liner, it's kinda hard cuz it's such a thick pencil. But it stays on pretty long, use primer when you wear it it should help.

I recommend the eyeshadow sticks by milani, they are highly pigmented and comparable to urban decay (:
