You can wear a clear Ridge Filler polish to try to minimize the ridges as much as possible but you really just have to wait for them to grow out! I love my acrylic nails but when I take them off, this is exactly what happens to me!

I don't think so! I wish there was. I think it's the drill that the nail techs use that cause these horrible ridges!

Besides using growth formulas or ridge fillers the only think you can do is wait for them to grow out

I also get them from having psoriasis. Matte nail polish camouflaged them better than a shimmer by a long shot. Heavy glitter or plain old shine are on, too.
