Everytime I get a manicure the skin around my nails split and I have little bits of skin sticking out, it looks awful!! Is there any way this can be prevented thanks x

Your manicurist is probably clipping or buffing off your cuticles wrong. if they take off too much cuticle they can start rips and tears.
