You look great! :) but if I can ask what is the cooking your makeup method? Its probably a dumb question, but I've never heard of it and very interested! :)

It's not a dumb question :-)It's when you let concealer or foundation set onto your skin before blending. It works with body heat, hence cook lol.

Not a dumb question at ask Cassidy. After you apply your primer and foundation you dab your concealer all over the triangular space below each eye. don't blend it in just let it sit there for 15 to 20 minutes. I did my eyebrows and played with my daughter during this time. Then spread and blend it. It will look more flawless. How I blended it was I used the entire length if my middle finger to press and roll gently. I have terrible redness and visible pores so I was so excited about how this turned out.

Okay thank you for explaining. I may have to try this since I have the same problem with redness and pores. :)

So your body heat will allow the foundation to blend smoothly?

Can I do that "cook" with my bb cream (just bb cream)?
May 14, 2013
Tara G.
Yes it mixes with your skins oils and heats to your body temp and makes magic happen. Jessica you can always try it out it may work. I have some BB cream I may try it too but I have somuch redness that I usually go for Fuller coverage.

I think I first heard it on Gossmakeupartist. He had mentioned that it was on Rupaul's dragrace. I love all the Queen's makeup techniques.
