I really want to dye my hair like this,but I don't know what to use!Any tips on what I can use?!?

Show your hairdresser/hairstylist that picture and ask her. I think that looks really cool though! I would say if you have dark hair, bleach it in an ombre style then dye the blond a light blue.

Go to a hairdresser and see what try say you wouldn't wanna mess up your beautiful hair doing this on your own.
