Whenever I blend eye shadow it tends to get all 'muddy',even when I use a clean crease/blending brush to blend it out. Any tips on how to blend it properly would be appreciated!!

Try not the blend it too much or too far out. Stay in the range of the crease and gently make enough circles to gently fade the colour.

Use a Q- tip to smooth hard edges. This stops dark and light colours from blending. Lightly feather the edges up towards the brow.

Perhaps you are blending in the wrong order or wrong direction? Always blend up and out, but don't blend too far, try to stay on the "line" of your shadow that you are smoothing out. Also, make sure you are using transitional colors between your lights and darks to get a super smooth gradient :)

Using a 217 mac brush, gently make circles and windshield wiping motions. You Can also use 2 Colors instead of one to blend more easily... use the darker blendig color with a 222 Mac brush and the lighter color to blend up into the brow bone color with a 217 brush.
