Nails/ TopCoat! please help!

When I apply topcoat is runs my colors and I wait for it to completely dry and it still does it! Any suggestions?

I used many different brands. Essie, xtreme wear, kiss, wet n wild, and my top coat I used was sinfulColors.

Hmm, I always apply 1base coat (of strengthener/clear) then 2 coats of colour :-)

Essie good to go! top coat is really good. dries fast, looks really good on the nail and makes the colour last longer.

I always use Sally Hansen nail hardener as a base and top coat, it really holds the colour in place and keeps my nails really strong to!

Seche is my must have its awesome. The top coat you use just might be to harsh. I had one that did that too it was weird.
