I use Wet and Wild cream liner and an angled brush. Or NYC liquid liner pens.

I recommend the maybelline eyestudio too :) I just re bought it and I spent around $9 at the drugstore. Affordable and long-lasting.

When learning the winged eyeliner look, I always say to use gel or an eyeliner pen. Maybelline, wet n' wild and l'oreal make great gel liners. As for eyeliner pens, milani, physicians formula and jordana.

I started out using Bobbi Brown gel liner but then eased into Wet n Wild liquid liner. Both work well for me but I prefer the precision of liquid.
