Hey lady's ,
So I died my hair a medium brown but it turned out super dark it actually looked black. I was so unhappy with it that I tried color oops on my hair. I used the conditioning one not the extra strength just because my hair is super thin & fine.
I used it twice and nothing. My ends are super dark and I have patches and spots all over my hair. I have no clue what to do. Should I just take a dark color and cover it all? Or color oops another try??
Thanks so much lady's

Wash your ends with dish soap. Because your ends are dryer and more porous, that's why they're still dark. You may need to see a colorist, or you can color it one more time to make it even. I don't know what color oops is, but it sounds harsh if it pulls color out of your hair! Three times is too much. Good luck! It will fade over time!

I recommend going to a professional. Since you already have done it twice it is probably dry. If you do it again and hate it or it doesn't turn out right it will be much harder to fix and it won't help the condition of your. If you want it lighter they might recommend putting a heavy hi light in and toning it the level you were going for. It might take a few visits to the salon to fix it but it will be worth it once you get to the desired color.

Thanks so much ladies! I actually dyed my hair again. I still have spots in the back but they kinda blend in now. There are not as obvious as before. My hair is extremely damaged now tho :/ so I'm going to be doing a lot of treatments now. & just leave my hair alone. My hair is super fine as it is soo...
Thanks again :))
