I started taking Biotin to help my hair grow. It was seriously growing over night BUT was making my face break out like crazy. I read that you have to drink A LOT of water with it but to be honest I am more of a vitamin water person than reg water... I had to stop taking it, so what are some other vitamins I can take instead?

Your body naturally produces Biotin in the intestinal tract. Maybe your body just has a lot of it already and didn't react well. Vitamin water doesn't really have vitamins in it bc they dissolve in the water. Its mostly sugar. I'm going to school to be an Esthetician and we just learned about all this stuff. Try water brands like activate where you drop the vitamins into the water then drink within 10 mins so they're still effective. I'm not sure why the Biotin made you break out. Vitamin E (tocopherol) is good and Vitamin A. Just do some research :) hope this helps.
