I just kept my skin really clean and tried to use natural face washes from lush mostly! And tried not to touch my face at all! Sounds silly but it worked! And always take your makeup off before you go to bed!

That must feel soo good! I have friends who've gone through crippling acne= which hurt their self esteem and created awful anxiety, maybe even worse than the acne itself. Good for you for battling on! I get occasional mild acne and your advice helps, girl!

@lyxine.B I use a product called 'dream wash' its meant for your body but its really calming so controls redness and soothes your skin leaving it squeaky clean! It comes in a huge tub which normally lasts me 2-3 months sometimes more! Thank you! It got me down so much but not I can leave the boys with no foundation on and feel good about myself :)
