If it is a ballroom dance, practice moving backward in them. Walking backward in heels is a weird thing to get used to. At least they aren't stilettos, so you have a bit more support.

One thing you need to remember is that heels force you to basically stand on the balls of your feet...so when you dance, try and focus your weight near your heel, or else you won't be able to feel your toes for a couple of weeks! It happened to me, and I was so scared that I would never regain feeling in my toes OMG but I eventually did.

Omg they are gorgous!!? just take your time and practice dancing in them. Practice makes perfect right? but becareful not to break your legs or feet.
