What color are her eyes?
Brown-line the lower lash line with blue
Blue-line the lashline with black or brown
Green-line with purple
Hazel-line with purple or pink
Remember do it very lightly and subtle-ly it does the trick! Oh and tight line!! Don't forget to really coat your lashes root to tip!! I hope this Helps xoxo

She and I are the same age and I have a round face too. The best thing to do is get a good haircut and bangs. I have side bangs but the round cut bangs look good on her. For her eyes I would say curl her lashes, add mascara, and put on a bit of blush on the apples of her cheeks dragging it up the cheek bone, in my experience that makes your face look a little less round.

She's already very pretty! Virtually every 12-year-old will have a round baby-face, let her know that that's nothing to be ashamed of. And she is still growing, chances are her face will get longer and more shaped as she grows up.
But for now, I think that growing out her bangs and parting her hair closer to the middle (maybe not exactly in the middle, just a tad bit off to the side) will help to elongate her face. Her bangs cut off her forehead, making her face look shorter and rounder.

She's gorgeous! If she doesn't want her face to look round, she should look into contouring and hilighting. Tell her not to worry, your face shape changes as you get older. My face used to be a bit rounder, but as soon as I hit puberty it started to get less round. :)
