Hot oil treatments ones a week or even twice a week.you will need to help bring oils back into hair.But because of the bleaching it will just need to grow out and just keep trimming hair.

Use a kariton rich shampoo and conditioner also buy a deep conditioner after washing apply the deep conditioner and put in a plastic shower cap and put a damp towel in microwave and heat up then wrap around your head do it 2-3times I do it 3 times a week. Works wonders. Trust me I had the same problem. Also don't bleach your hair no more just go to hair salon and they make stuff to get the bleached look without the bleach wait 6mnths before coloring again don't use any heat or gel or hairspray products use cool to cold water when washing your hair. For styling your hair wash hair and towel dry and just fluff and style I promise you you will notice results but you may wanna trim the dead cuz if not it will kill the rest the of your hair. Just tend it like you would a baby hair.
