Be more professional! You want a job not make a statement!

What is Panera Bread? I think this is a little bit casual but as I'm unsure what the job position is, I can't say for sure.

If I wore a skirt the blazer would cover it, and the only way I could make it more professional would be to wear an all black dress which I find to be more appropriate for a business interview.

Panera Bread is a bakery/cafe place that also sells amazing sandwiches and soups. The work attire that employees wear are dress shirts, black pants, and hats I believe.

For panera you should be fine, it's appropriate enough and it's not the type of place where you want to overdress. You're making the statement that you are interested in the job and are conservative as well!

You always need to dress professionally. Though the position may be a casual position, your interviewer is a manager and you dress professionally out of respect for their position. They are taking time out of their busy schedule to talk to you, make an effort to look like you care that they are doing that for you. Slacks, a nice blouse, and flats or low pumps. No jeans, tennis shoes, tee shirts, etc. The outfit you have there is WAY too casual for any job interview, no matter where it is or what the position is.

I just think the blazer is way too long, it looks too frumpy and makes you look shorter at first glance. I don't know if it is supposed to be "over sized" or not, its proportions on you are way too off.

It's not very professional BUT It does look appropriate for a panera interview

I agree with everything Emily W. said. Interview attire is pretty standardized. I'm going to post some photos I found, to give you a good idea of what kind of clothing would be appropriate. Here's #1...
