I have straight thin hair. I want to curl my hair but every time I do the curls only last like two hours. How can I make them last longer?

Corina, have you tried the no heat headband curl method? It can be found on thepapermama.com and it is a great alternative to traditional hair curling. The girl that blogs there has thin hair.

After you curl, immediately use a foam hair roller that is the same size of your curling iron. Make sure your hair has cooled before taking them out. do your hair before makeup so you cann do the make up while they cool. Hair spray and you're done! It takes a little more time, but the result is well worth it!

You can use spiral rods they hold curls in for like up to a week or two and it is very protective fron the heat.

Use a flat iron to curl your hair. but do not straighten your hair before curling it bc that causes the curls to fall. also what I do is to use hairspray ( not too much though) before I curl my hair, & ones the spray dries I curl it.
