The best and fastest spray I have tried is Marc Anthony's easy lites. Just spray it on and use your flat iron on that area. Its great! http://www.marcanthony.com/products/easy-lites-lightening-highlight.

I've heard lemon juice then sit in the sun, I've also heard the Sun In product is really bad and horrible for your hair so I'd stay away from that

I used sun in before and it was awful. Anything you do without dye us going to be very tedious and require a lot of effort.
