Is it good? I have long hair that's pretty dry and a bit damaged but I don't want to cut it to often because I'm trying to grow my hair out. I have tried the 3 Minute Miracle Deep conditioner and I loved it, but is the Luscious Long treatment good to?

I have a bottle and I use it everyday in the shower (: I'd say it works very well. My ends look shinier and not as damaged (I have long hair too) so I'd say it's worth it (:
