I gave birth about 4 months ago and mg hair is falling out like crazy now. every time I brush, the brush is full. I also have it all over mg back, the floor, anywhere I go my looooong hair ends up! is this normal? what's going on? I'm still breast feeding and taking prenatals.

Very normal! My little girl is 1 and my hormones are still out of wack! try to not put so much friction on your scalp against the hair shaft, use your fingers to detangle or a light comb.

That happened to me too. It's normal. It's From the rollercoaster ride your hormones went through. Don't worry, all your hair won't fall out. But it did last quite a few months for me.

Biotin, hair and nails really helps with shedding.

COMPLETELY normal. Mine lasted forever as well, n like Rachel said, it won't all fall out, even tho it might seem like it. I read somewhere that the reason for all of the hair shed is because when your pregnant, you hardly lose any. You get to enjoy thicker, luxurious hair during your pregnancy, but then you pay for it afterwards. Lol A lot of my hair shed was my bang area, n it was very embarrassing! My daughter is 1 n a half, n my bangs went from little spikes to just past my eyes now. So it'll grow back :-) I promise.

Try a greentea hair spa and it really lessens the number of hairfall. Prmose! ❤
