You mean they break easily? I am a swimmer so they do a lot... Avoid putting hand in water, it makes them soft and easy to break...

Essie's Grow Faster nail treatment and plenty on moisturizing! Massage each nail bed/ cuticle for 30 seconds each with a cuticle oil or lotion twice a day, once in the morning and once at night (even if you have polish on). This gets the blood flowing to your nail which really helps with growth and the moisture really helps with strength. Melanie is right to, after you shower or put your hand in water, nails are super soft and pliable. I always wear gloves to do dishes. And also, don't cut or file them down! Let them grow for about a week and shape them without filing too much and only in one direction, not back and forth. Continue to do this, only shaping nails once a week, usually between polishes.
