The blue is a bit dramatic if this is an everyday look. if this is an evening look its more suitable. But remember everyone has to make mistakes to improve. no one is perfect n their first try. good luck girl! if you have any more questions ask all of us ladies here and we'll help you out darling.

Since you're barely getting used to makeup, I'd suggest to start with basic natural colors. so maybe a light brown all over your lid & right at the outer corner of your eye apply a darker brown & BLENDING IS YOUR BESTFRIEND ALWAYS. if you want a pop of color then apply a THIN line of the blue ( or any other color) eyeshadow under your lower lashes. take baby steps, practice makes perfect! :) if you need any more help try watching YouTube videos. I love watching Carlibel55 , shannnxo & Nicole guerriero :)

If you are trying to look girly now, I suggest curling your hair (a Marilyn Monroe type hair), wear a light pink or gold if any eyeshadow, wing your liner (only getting in the waterline on your bottom as to not look goth), and as bright of lipstick as you feel bold enough to wear. It's simple, classic, and gorgously bold. Life's short, don't hide in the makeup shadows. Live!

On Michelle Phan's YouTube channel she has some 'basic' tutorials. There good. She explains what she does and why. :)
