Thanks ladies 😀 but I don't feel comfortable,I use to by 135 :/ I've been trying to stay fit but every wknd is my problems cuz I go out and eat with friends and family,and I wanna stop eating out but is so hard :(

You are bangin, I wish my booty looked like that, I'm skinny and my butt and boobs are flat and I hate it.. but if you do want to stop eating out so much first you have to ask your family for help, tell them it means a lot to you and you need them to help motivate you and tell you no when you make unhealthy choices or want to go to eat with them. start bringing your own meals over to your families for dinner so you have a healthy choice and not stuck eating what they are. instead of going out start inviting your friends over to eat and have everyone bring something but tell them it has to be healthy. also start using small kids plates, the ones that are divided into like 3 or 4 compartments and that will help you control your portions and don't eat seconds. One more tip, start eating small meals or snacks throughout the day so you are constantly keeping your metabolism going and never starving to where you want to eat a large meal. keep it to 5-6 small meals a day like yogurt, nuts, eggs, fruit, veggies, etc. Hope that helps, but don't loose too much cause you look so gorgeous right now :-)

Do a bunch of squats and sit ups or if you don't like that just take a long walk at the park and jog (you can also go to the gym). Try to keep a balance on your vegetables & fruits and junk food.
