Youtube how to tease it and style it and I'm getting short scene hair so I have to get my layers cut BUT before. and if you do this youtube how its done so you can fully understand what your doing and if you want it cut!! abd make sure the person doing it knows wht their doing.

Teasing maybe, cuz in the rain it's going to plaster to your face and dry that way. Also condition well. The ends of this haircut need to be shown off, and split ends will look like crap.
