I have a banquet soon , and I'm wearing a blue dress , but I have no idea what eyeshadow to use cause I've never done eyeshadow to match blue D:
Any tips or pictures that I can try out would be appreciated (: (Keep in mind I'm not the best eyeshadow applier ever , so anything crazy hard will probably make me end up looking like a panda LOL)
This is my eye shape & face structure without makeup >.<
Any other tips or recommendations other than eye candy would be great!
Thank you cx

You could match it with purple, it would really make you eyes pop, nude lips or just a bit of shimmery silvery gloss, light pink cheeks, cat liner would look great on you. Apply purple in the outer corner, pink on the lid, and some shimmery white on the inner corner.

Eyeliner! They have plenty of different colours! Maybe apply a blue mascara half way across your waterline starting from the outer corner!

Do a neutral color like a LIGHT brown or skin tone brown then take a blue eyeshadow and shadow the crease with it or shadow the outer corner/edge and shade/blend it.
