So I'm basically trying to give myself a new look. I'm not really good at putting on makeup because I never really learned how to. And I'm dying my hair red soon. So I was wondering if you guys could tell me general makeup I should buy to start wearing more often and if there are any good hair products for red hair (like Ariana grandes red hair) and hair products for split ends because I do have a lot but I want to grow my hair out. Also anywhere with really cute clothes like crop tops tank tops with tribal print or polka dots and high waisted shorts and cute summer dresses. I really want to reinvent myself. I think it'll be good for me cuz I need to be more confident. By the way I'm ending my freshman year of high school soon. And if there are any really good skin care products I should use also because I kinda have bad skin. Thank you everyone! (:

I wouls say if you want foundation a bb cream since its not cakey and even out your skin hydrates and stuff. Also you don't need a lot with some lip stick or lip gloss and your good to go. I know its hard to start just practice don't put that much either.

For clothes I would say forever 21 or h&m have cute clothes.

Get an eyeshadow palette with mostly neutral colors. But also step outside the box and get some brighter colors. You can put a layer of the neutral eyeshadow on your lid then in the crease accent it with the brighter or bolder color or you could put a shade of the nuetral color on your lid and shade it at the outer corner of your lid (similar to smokey eye) play around with it. Some days its nice to go neutral but sometimes its ok to step outside the box.

Definetly get some hair color preserving shampoo. And I like the pantene renewal line it really does reverse damage. I have seen improvement in my hair anyways.

Forever 21 definitely. They have a huge selection and generally the cheapest. If you have bad skin and want to start wearing makeup, a bb cream or tinted moisturizer instead of foundation. They are lighter and easier to apply. Mascara is a good starting point for beginners too. I would suggest anything by maybelline.

I'd get an eyelash curler, it is one of my favorite tools and makes a huge difference in your makeup look. Try the "yes to" line for skin care, it's great :) as for split ends, they can't be fixed or put back together. You'll have to get a trim, but don't worry, just be very firm when you say you only want an inch or a half inch taken off. Get a good set of makeup brushes too ;) I love Eco tools, they're really soft and affordable. Watch some YouTube videos on everyday makeup looks and then if you want to try colors I'd suggest putting them on your lower lash line with simple or neutral makeup on your upper lid :)
