You're so cute ^.^, don't line the bottom waterline, just the upper one, but I think that if you go with black you can't fail, whatever you do will look good. Try a cat liner, or just black or brown eye shadow near the lash line for a more natural look.

I have the exact same eyes and the key is to put a midnight type blue on liquid or gel and it will give a really great alushion!! :)

You could try a simple line close to your lashes with a small flick to start out until you feel abit more comfortable using liners :) I recommend either a pencil or felt lip as they are both very easy to apply :) your hair is gorgeous as well xx
