Coconut oil, I had black hair and in the process of going back to my natural blond I've done a lot of damage. Just slather it on at night and put a shower cap on, rinse in the morning and it leaves it sooo soft and shiny. I have very fine/thin hair and it doesn't weigh it down or make it greasy. Just make sure it's organic and not expelled/pressed.
