Wear skirts, dresses, loud colours, fancy tops, accessories, do your hair in fashionable way, wear cute shoes, giggle at things you would usually smile at, jump and squeal when you get excited, wear make up flirt with boys (not too much) and finally watch chic ficks and eat icecream when you are sad or stressed. :)

I think what stephanie are sed is definitrly true. You have to know that you are hot shit! lol embrace your sexuality and be in tune with urself. But it also helps tk look the part! Wear curls or loose waves. whatever you do make sure your hair is voluminous. soft fluffy and usually curly hair makes you look super girly. Makeup is also a definite. Wear clothing that accentuates ut figire and thats also form fitting. The main thing I think you would want to do is to look as different as the opposite sex as much as possible. Be dainty do your nails snell fresh and sweet look well groomed. Don't have excessive amounts of body hair and shit lol.
