I have always been thinking about how your hair could damage, maybe by the pillow case or something
is is true that it Is good to sleep with a showrr cap on? but then the hair can't breath or get freedom so is that false?
or do you just sleep with a braid or your hair down or uo or what!

I put my hair in a French braid before I go to bed. If you have curly hair like me when you take it down in the morning the curls are.more defined and have less frizz. I have never heard about the shower cap idea but I know it is better for your hair if you sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase since cotton absorbs oil.

If you want it protected satin pillow case and satin bonnet. Your hair breathes and isn't running up against anything harshly or having any moisture sapped out of it.

Sleeping with a scarf does that protect you hair?

Http://www.amazon.com/Stay-Satin-Nites-Bonnet-Sleep/dp/B003I5SC72 << Thats a satin bonnet. I sleep in one every night.
A scarf can help, but again, satin is recommended. Its normally finding what works best for you. Try out different things and see what gives you the best result.

You can sleep on silk or satin pillow cases. I sleep on satin because they're cheaper - you can buy a pack of satin pillow cases at Ross out the whole satin sheet set at Wal-Mart for $20!

What's wrong w/ a bun? buns protect the ends of your hair.

Nothing is wrong with a bun if you can do it (my hair is short so impossible for me >.>). But depending on the material of your pillow case it may not do you any good as cotton absorbs oils and moisture while satin and silk don't.

Sleep with a satin silk scarf it won't dry out the hair like regular ones does.

By a silk pillowcase or a silk sleep sleeping cap (I got mine for under $5). It helps decrease hair frizz and is great for when you're sleeping in curlers or something. Sleeping caps are usually kind of loose fitting so the hair isn't plastered to your head or anything. Jut remember to wash it regularly so your hair doesn't get dirty quickly overnight
