I really want to grow out my hair since it's not really appealing to me, but I don't know what to do! I'm not sure if I should keep it, grow it out, go long or short side bangs! Help!! In my display pic I'm the far right and that's my hair which is usually straight! Another problem is my hair does not turn out the greatest naturally :( Here's a pic of the style I have:
