I know this picture is not very good cause it doesn't show my length but its the only full faced photo I have. Anyway my hair is just below my arm pits and its all one length and thick. now I know that sounds pretty but my hair also has a slight wavy texture so if I don't do anything to it...it turns into s giant puff ball! And I'm usually not one for styling my hair so I want layers to thin it out! Only I dnt know what type of layers to get! I want layers so that my hair is easy to manage! So do you guys have any photo suggestions? thanks!

Btw my jaw is very...box like, square you could say. So I need to be conscious of that. I have side bangs and I would prefer to keep them but I dnt have too if you guys have good ideas. and my hair is a dyed dark red. Thanks again!

Long layers with face framing would look pretty if you want to keep your length.

You should have long layers, and for your faceshape, I would say, maybe cut your hair to your chin, but leave the very streaks (a small part) longer, up to your shoulders. If you don' t wanna have that big change I think Carly S.' suggestion is great:)
