@ Alesha K. sorry I'm barely replying.
well first is the base coat, then you do your coat of what ever color you want. wait till its dry and in an upward stroke apply the silver glitter. were the nail by cutticle has more glitter and fades to almost no glitter by the middle of your nail. then when thats dry just add your clear top coat. :)
