I have really blonde hair and I really want to try to chalk ombré it to like a teal purple color, but I was wondering how to get it out. I read on the Internet that if you have blonde hair that you shouldn't use water... But how do you remove it then?

Maybe a clarifying shampoo will work it removes all the build up from your hair

I chalked my hair and it stained forever. I have blonde hair as well so it really just depends on the porosity of your hair.

It will slowly fade if you used good quality chalks!
