I've heard that pre-natal vitamins mixed with shampoo helps your hair grow. But I'm scared to try are there any other ways?

Constantly or whenever you can brush your hair from root to tip - it stimulates hair growth :) x

Take super good care of it, it's basically all you do. There aren't any special creams or hair products that can magically make your hair grow, it's all natural. Just as Lynn said, do protective hairstyles. Like braid your hair before bed so it's less prone to get tangled or break when you move around in your sleep. Use a hair bonnet when you sleep as well if you want. But do not follow what Morgyn said about brushing your hair! :o
You should never brush your hair straight down from root to tip. If you have tangles, your hair is more likely to break and get split ends if you do that. Brush it in sections, the top and bottom. Be gentle and you're sure to get longer hair soon. Hope I helped you Imani! Love your name btw. :)

Massage your scalp frequently, avoid washing your hair everyday (use a shower cap), eat a lot of protein rich foods (because hair is basically extra keratin (protein) pushed out through the scalp), drink a lot of water, and sleep with your hair dry, tied in a bun or braided to keep from damaging your hair. You can also replace your pillowcase with a silk pillowcase, which will prevent fall outs. Also make sure to condition your ends often, and maybe even try a deep conditioning mask, which I can post some links to information about if you would like. There are a ton of vitamins/shampoos for hair growth out there but I would reccomend biotin because its most widely used/praised. You can get biotin anywhere.
Anyways, I hope this helped you. Feel free to talk to me if you want more info:)

Also- vitamins can replace having to eat a lot of protein, and vice versa.

Nothing you put on the outside will make your hair grow.
