Dry hair is caused by internal diet and using hair products that cannot alter the structure of hair. All hair products are water soluble. Trying to control moisture with water is impossible. Water soluble products bdilute in humidity and dry out in dry climates. Everything you ever thought to be true about hair products must be re-learrned in order to gain control of this particular issue. Nothing in the industry seals moisture into the hair shaft except one product, which I chose not to mention. Conditioners breakdown after 2 to 3 hours after application. Oils breakdown and diluted silicone products as well. BUT, there is a way to control dry hair without layers of useless hair products.
