Try some soothing lotion also take care of your nails don't bite them

I've tried to stop biting them but I never manage to stop :( any tips for that?

Keep them painted nonstop! if you go to school and they have rules against polishes, use a keratin strenghtener

Paint them whenever you feel like biting them If that doesn't help paint them with a nail polish that will taste nasty if you eat them.

I deal with the same thing. When I get the urge , I chew gum or like an ice cube or even like a pen. I hope this helps. And on google look up the bugs that are under your nails. It will gross you out. lol cx

Sinful colors has a clear no-bite polish that costs $1.99 and you can get it at just about any drugstore. It just tastes really bad so you learn not to bite. Also moisturize moisturize moisturize. And do your research. Read articles, watch videos/tutorials, read product reviews,.learn nails anatomy. Learn about nail care necessities. That's how I learned and I love my nails nail. You have to be informed before you can move forward.
