You could put a bandage around it, or take off your nail polish and redo it.

I've seen videos of people using teabags to save them, but I've never tried it haha check youtube!

You could file it off and then put a plaster/bandage xx :) Hope its ok.

It depends how far the slit is. I use a tea bag and a brush on nail glue, let that dry then put another layer or 2 then I buff it down slightly until its smooth and paint my nails :)
