Use a serum to wave it, bit it depends on your hair style and length.

Take a shower, then take mousse/get put it in your hand and scrunch, than flip your hair oiver and do the same.

Braid it into however big of curls you want...little equals more and tighter. Bigger equals less and loose. Then take a straightener and straighten the curls. Oh wait face palm that includes heat.

All if them usually end up bad but if you use the conair bendy wands it will usually turn out great! or use straws! check it out on youtube! (:
