Super skinny black jeans, maybe leather or wet look leggings for the pants... for the shirt go for like something simple and basic. like a white shirt and a peachy blazzer. or a 1 color t shirt that is longer at the back :)

Skinny jeans, high waisted shorts, capris, and for the shirt just something that matches the shoes a little or a crop top if you're wearing the high waisted shorts and that's pretty much it! :)

Honestly... I hate those kinds of shoes, they aren't cute/hot/pretty at all. My personal option is that they are ugly. I don't get the point of them at all. But skinny jeans might work.
