What's a good eyeliner for the water line?

Almay doesn't work for me, nor the waterproof sephora. It all seems to come off very quickly. P.S I even put eyeshadow on top to make it last longer. (Doesn't really work)

Make up forever waterproof eyeliner pencils. The black one stays on all day for me even without applying eyeshadow over it. They also have other fun colors like turquoise that you could put on your water line for a fun pop of color. (: I buy mine from Sephora.
