Try going as basic as possible. I know it sounds like you don't feel like its the way but trust me maybe your skin is on overload right now from all the face washes. Not to preach but start drinking lots of water. It dramatically helps skin (it being the largest organ of our bodies!) and try cleansing with something gentle such as Cetaphil, Purity by philosophy, or Simple's gentle cleanser. Give that cleanser a good 6 weeks before you decide it's not working. Also for breakouts, dab tea tree oil on just your blemishes and I am confident you'll see them disappear.

I have similar problem to yours (Rosacea and redness on my cheeks, blemishes, sensitive skin with dry patches and oily T-Zone). I also tried millions of things and nothing worked. I finally decided to go basic and as natural as possible. Aloe Vera and Camomille products help me a lot and I try to find products with gentle ingredients and no harsh chemicals. At the moment I use The Body Shop Aloe Vera line mixed with Pure Camomille line from Yves Rocher. For my Rosacea and redness I use handmade cream from eBay, made specially to target those issues. Once a week I use green clay mask or dead sea mud mask (no add ons, just basic mud) and every few days I exfoliate with gentle scrub (I have Skinfood Black Sugar Scrub Foam at the moment). I also drink loads of water and wash my pillow cover every few days. My issues are not completely gone but my face is really improving.
