Everyone always says that using heat tools like a curling iron can damage your hair. Is that true??

Yes any heat can, even a blow dryer!!

No it depends on how much you do it and the heat setting. pin curls helps hold the curls.

Any and all heat can damage hair, try not to use heat everyday and when tou do use a thermal spray.
