I love my hair but havent had a trim in a while, I have split ends and know they are bad. But why exactly are they bad? What damage does it do to your hair? Does your hair fall out more? please help:)

Split ends will cause your hair to break off at the ends, and the further up the hair shaft they split the worse it looks. The breaking can also cause it to look like your hair isn't growing. Just get a trim every 4 to 6 weeks and use good shampoo, conditioner, and use a protectant when you use heat. :) Maybe use a hair masque a couple times a week too.

Your hair will break then you have a ton of split end because you hair will keep breaking if it has been a long time since you've had a trim I would recommend gettin one ASAP and taking really good care of it to prevent split ends in the future.

We have a product called SP perfect ends in our salon. its like a daily treatment just for your ends. did wonders for mine. but all in all using a good shampoo/conditioner/heatprotector and serum or oil is a good start to preventing and managing then.

If you don't trim them, split ends will travel up to the scalp and make hair break off. The only way to deal with split ends is by trimming them and then using a conditioning product to make your ends stronger. Pro naturals argan oil hair mask helps make your hair stronger, I use it after trimming split ends from my hair.
