Sorry didn't look at your pic befor I said that haha... you can use lemon juice and water that will lightin up your hair but over time or buy a hair die to lightin it up like just a cheap one from a discount drug stor..because your not doing your all your hair you can use it twice and then going over with the color you like :)

If you have virgin hair you can lighten it with color, if not you have to use bleach.
