I'm not positive a see through top is really appropriate but I don't know your family. I can't really see your shoes either but this is the thing, if you are comfortable, everyone else will be too. If you doubt what you wear then your body language will show it and people will start paying more attention to what you are wearing. I'm honestly not a huge fan of black and white stripes because of the referee look but it looks great on your body.
