I'm african american & I really wanna scrunch my hair so what process would I have to get it that way?

Take a shower and wash your hair normally. Buy some sort of leave-in conditioner or gel for scrunching (maybe go to a salon and get suggestions). Apply the product to your hair. Comb through to distribute product evenly, then scrunch your hair up!
