Lypsyl during the day, Carmex or another petroleum-based protectant at night. Consider exfoliating less. I do the bare minimum because my upkeep generally helps slough off the dead cells anyway.

Vaseline! I recently moved to New Mexico and so dry from what I'm used to. My lips were hurting.. Not even chapped but just hurting from dryness! Vaseline has helped! Also Chapstick brand has a limited edition cake batter Chapstick and I love it!

Dr. Lipp Nipple Balm for Lips. It absorbs quickly and works as a barrier between your lips and wind or moisture. I bite my lips and they're still baby soft.

I like Sprout Cocoa Lip balm. I got it in one of my beauty boxes and it keeps my lips moisturized and I've tried a lot of lip balms.
