OK :D I wanna get my teeth whiter, their just will dual looking and I want the like celebrity white lol.. my teeth are very sensitive.. has any body gotten the teeth whitened and if so.. what did you do and what was the cost..did it make our teeth sensitive. I've tried the stripes you get at target..but omg it made em hurt so bad for days and I didn't even leave them on full time. can y'all help me out :)

Aw I'm same boat my teeth so delicate I had to get two white fillings on front teeth cause they were eroded from baking soda, lemon juice, an hard toothbrushes not to mention smoking.so be careful at the mo I using hydrogen peroxide at 3% an use enamel protect mouthwash an toothpaste to help strengthen them it so important.

If your teeth are sensitive I would not suggest getting pro whitening done. It hurts like crazy and my teeth are the furthest from sensitive. I would suggest the pro toothpaste/gel combos. They work pretty well with continual use and no pain!!

I have sensitive teeth to... Don't do the 2hr express crest strips! It hurts so bad, I think I was in pain for like 3 or 4 days after!

Well hi I'm a dental hygienist.student and you can bleach your teeth at the dentist, but this is really bad for your teeth :) you can use whitening toothpastes once a week, not everyday! stop drinking tea, coffee and wine. these will make your teeth a little bit yellow / brown.:)

I won't advice bleaching your teeth at the dentinst since you have sensitive teeth, but ask your dentist or dental hygienist for advice. I don't know your teeth, and do not know your dental history ;) good luck girl!!

Ow well one more advice, hihi enamel is more white than dentine. Sour products like lemon juice/multivitamin drinks and coke will make the enamel more thin. Because of this you can see a little dentine trough the enamel. Because of that your teeth will look yellow ;)

Don't drink/or limit soda, coffee, & tea. Put fresh strawberries on teeth for natural whitening. Drink lots of water! :D.

Use Eucryl powder its a powerful stain remover, I really works if you use it morning and evening and it doesn't cause sensitivity at all!! Its really inexpensive too x

Lol btw I only usually drink water or cranberry juice...I admit my slightly stained teeth is from smoking weed..lol I don't any more tho lol.. and imma try the Eucryl and if it doesn't help, then the whitening pen :)
