When dying your hair, which looks more natural when your roots grow out? Low lights or high lights? So dark roots with lighter hair or lighter roots with darker hair?

Be careful, lighter roots than the dyed color can make it look like your hair is thinning.

Honestly, none of it will look more natural.. unless you were to blend the colors together...meaning "ombre" then it would look more natural. let me just give you a little example. I used to neglect my " dyed blond hair" back in highschool...the result was ugly washed out hair that had a harsh line from caramel blond to dark brown roots.. lol it also depends on how light or dark your willing to go from your natural hair color.
