Paint on white let that dry then take room temp water and your nail polish and drop a drop of nailpolish in and let it spread out then do the next color in the middle. Then keep doing until you get all the colors you want

Then take a toothpick and pull the nail polish either from the middle out or the outside in. Immediately dip in your nail while its still in there take your toothpick and grab the rest of the nailpolish away and pull your nail straight out.
